This website, yikesplugins.com, (collectively referred to as the “Site” in these Terms of Service) is owned and operated by EH Dev Shop (“we”, “us” or “EH Dev Shop). By using and accessing our Site, you (“you”, “user” or, “end user”) agree to these Terms of Service (collectively, the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”).
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, IMMEDIATELY STOP ACCESSING THIS SITE.
You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, create derivate work from, sell or re-sell any content or information obtained from or through the Site.
Licensing
Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get automatic upgrades and premium for purchased extensions. All of our plugins are under GNU General Public License v2 or later.
Software Updates
Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your extension(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your extension(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your account page.
Support Services
Support for purchased extensions is given up to one year after the purchase date. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key, purchase Priority Support access, or purchase a new license for the extension you wish to get support for. We do not offer 24/7/365 support but work hard to answer support questions as quickly as possible.
Refunds
If you have problems getting extensions to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket.
NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products.
We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
Third-party Sites
The Site may contain links to other websites maintained by third-parties. These links are provided solely as a convenience and does not imply endorsement of, or association with, the party by EH Dev Shop.
Modifications to this Agreement
EH Dev Shop reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Site and these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications to this Agreement will constitute acknowledgment of the modified Terms of Service and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
Termination of Use
EH Dev Shop shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend, in its discretion, your access to all or part of the Site with or without notice for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EH Dev Shop or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the content and other information obtained therein.
Certain jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, thus the above limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service and/or any use by you of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions therein.
