Sometimes Javascript conflicts will prevent AJAX from working. AJAX gives the form the ability to send info to Mailchimp without refreshing the page.
Turning AJAX submissions off for your form may resolve this issue. Go to our Submission Settings article for step-by-step directions on how to do that.
